Naturellement - The food, wine, drinks, and culture festival
French for "naturally," Naturellement is all about embracing the lo-fi side of wine, packed with passion and personality. We’ve brought together 30+ drinks producers, over 120 drinks to taste, and a cracking menu from local legends alongside top chefs from NSW and beyond. Your ticket gets you access to a three-hour session, plus masterclasses*, talks*, DJs, and some seriously good times. This year, Naturellement takes over The Galleria on the Central Coast, May 17th and 18th. Early bird tickets are available now.
The program
120+ wines, beers, spirits, and non-alc absolutely cracking drinks – all available to taste and by the glass. Producers include Giorgio de Maria Fun Wines, Grandis Wines, Jilly Wine Co, Lo-Fi Wines, Mercer Wines, The Farmer's Wife Gin, Sabi Wabi, and Vinden Wines - with more added everyday
Guest collaborating chefs including Jake Kellie (Arkhe), Alanna Sapwell-Stone (The Eltham), Matt Stone (You Beauty), Ash Cotter (Valentina's) and Ryde Pennefather (Bar Superette).
Food by the region's top chefs - Carne & Cucina’s Alexandria and Nico Coccia (ex-El Bulli), Bush River Kitchen's John Ralley (Textbook Patisserie), Bells at Killcare’s and Chilli's Deli Cameron Cansdell (Saddles Mount White) and Hayley Hardcastle, Meribella's Joshua Mason (ex-Atelier Crenn) and more.
Masterclass series presented by Plumm, featuring hands-on sessions with local, award-winning wine producers. Dive deep into the world of natural and lo-fi wines with Mike Bennie, renowned for his expert-led tastings and insights into the art of wine production, sustainability, and the future of Australian winemaking.
Talks on sustainability, regenerative farming, and the future of Australia’s food scene. Featuring local chefs, farmers, fisher people, wilderness cooks and forgers, and Indigenous voices sharing perspectives on food, land, and culture. Featuring Matilda Brown (daughter of Bryan Brown and Rachel Ward) and husband Scott Gooding (chef, author and former My Kitchen Rules contestant) from the Good Farm Shop.

Naturellement is not your average wine and drinks festival. We celebrate the unusual, the wickedly different, the beautifully crafted, and the artisan. This event is all about regionality and championing local and smaller-scale producers, all on Darkinjung land.
Curated by wine guru Mike Bennie and food czar Kristy Austin, Naturellement is a celebration of all things extraordinary in the world of food and drink.

Good Gathering
A neighbourhood dining series.
Good Gathering, is a series of community-focused dining events that prioritise connections and storytelling over profit.
These communal dinners are held in homes and community halls and bring guests together with creatives and makers and local producers.
Each Good Gathering features a specially-curated seasonal menu laden with fresh, locally-sourced produce. And each event will invite special guests with fascinating stories to tell over a shared meal.
You may arrive as strangers but will leave as friends.
